This website does not use advertising trackers and does not sell personal information. If you contact us by phone, email, or WeChat, or submit a case review through our intake portal at intake.meraklegal.com, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, vehicle information, and repair records, solely to evaluate and handle your legal matter.
How we use it
Information you share is used to evaluate your potential case, communicate with you, and provide legal services. Communications with us in connection with seeking legal advice are treated as confidential. Submitting an inquiry does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship; that relationship is formed only by a signed engagement agreement.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only as needed to provide legal services (for example, with courts, opposing parties as legally required, or service providers bound by confidentiality), or as required by law.
