Yoseph Rixit began as defense counsel to manufacturers, including major automakers, at two national litigation firms: Shook, Hardy & Bacon and Hawkins Parnell & Young. After practicing at Peak Legal, Yoseph founded Merak Legal to represent consumers exclusively.
The approach is simple. Listen carefully. Document every repair. Value each claim by what the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act provides, not by what a manufacturer hopes you will accept. And keep every client informed at each step.
Yoseph earned a J.D. at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. The road to the California bar ran through three countries, and it shaped how the firm works: your attorney explains the law plainly, in English or 中文, and never through a translator.
